Your team activity log

When a few people are hiring together, it helps to know exactly who did what and when, no digging through messages to reconstruct it.

What is recorded

On the top plan, every meaningful action your team takes lands here automatically:

  • Jobs posted and closed
  • New applications and status changes
  • Interviews proposed and confirmed
  • Offers sent and answered
  • Scorecards, assignments, and private notes
  • Team changes

Where to find it

The log lives on your My business page. When you have access, an Activity log button appears at the top of that page, next to "View public page". It's the only place the log opens from, it's intentionally not scattered across the app.

Filter & export

Filter the log by:

  • Event type
  • Who did it
  • Date range

Click any row to jump straight to the candidate or job it's about. Everything is kept for 365 days, and you can export the current view to CSV anytime for your own records or a manager's review.

Who can see it

The activity log is owner-only by default. It is not visible to your whole team:

  • The owner always sees it.
  • Screeners never see it, no exceptions.
  • A manager sees it only if the owner switches on their *Activity log* access from My business → Team access. The owner can turn that on or off for each manager at any time, right alongside the separate toggles for Billing and Workflows.

It runs quietly in the background, there is nothing for a manager to set up on their end. It is part of the top plan.
