Each job's link is built from its title, so two jobs with similar titles at the same business can end up wanting the same address.

If you're trying to repost a role that's already open, it's usually simpler to edit that existing posting directly from My jobs instead of creating a new one.
Your job's link only matters for the address you share, everything else about the posting (title, pay, description) can be identical to another job with no conflict at all.
