The view count is honest. Your own visits and your team's don't count, and repeat visits from the same person within a few hours only count once. What you're seeing is real candidate attention.
How to read it
Lots of views, few applications usually means the listing needs work, often pay that isn't stated, a vague title, or missing schedule details.
Few views means not enough people are finding it, which is exactly what featuring the job is for.
