Posting a remote role

Not every role happens at a fixed address. If a job can be done from anywhere, you can list it as Remote instead of a single town.
How to do it
On the post a job screen, tick "This role can be done remotely". The job is then listed as Remote rather than under a specific town.
Where a remote job shows up
- It appears when job seekers filter for remote work, no matter which town they're in.
- On the listing itself, the location reads Remote rather than a town name.
- Behind the scenes we also tag it correctly for search engines (as a telecommute role), so it's described honestly to Google and to candidates.
A good habit
Even for a remote role, spelling out the shift, pay, and any "must be able to come in occasionally" details in the description saves everyone time. Candidates love knowing the real expectations up front.
