How interview scheduling works
For everyone
No phone tag, no "what times work for you?" email chains. Scheduling on Hire30A is three steps.
How it goes
- The hiring manager proposes a few times that work for them, plus a location or call arrangement.
- You pick whichever one works for you.
- Both sides get a calendar invite by email automatically.
The invite lands right on your phone or laptop calendar, no extra steps. Employers can turn calendar invites off in their business settings (and set how long interviews run there too), but they're on by default.
Need to move it? Either side can propose a new time right from Hire30A, no need to start over.
More than one round
Some roles need a few conversations. Once a round is confirmed, the hiring manager can schedule the next one right on the same page, past rounds stay visible so nobody loses track of where a candidate stands. Businesses can name their own rounds ("Phone screen," "Working interview," "Final") in business settings, and on a collaborative-hiring plan, a different teammate can run each round.
