Reporting a job, application, business, or review
If something feels off, whether it is a listing, an applicant, or a review, the fastest fix is to flag it from right where you saw it.
How to report
Look for the Report link on a job listing, a business page, or an application (an employer reports the candidate, a seeker reports the posting), or the ⚑ Flag link on a review. It is pre-filled with what you are reporting, so you do not have to explain the basics from scratch.
- Pick a reason.
- Add any details that will help.
- Submit, it goes straight into our support queue as a ticket you can track.
What happens next
Our team reviews every report, not an automated filter. Depending on what we find, that can mean:
- Removing a listing or review
- Suspending or banning the account behind it
You will see updates on the ticket as we work through it, so you're never left wondering if it went anywhere.
