Your data, your controls

A few controls live in Settings, under "Privacy & data," that most sites make you email support for. Here is what each one actually does.

Download your data

One click builds a file with your account details, profile answers, and (for job seekers) your application history, or (for hiring managers) your business info. It downloads immediately, nothing is emailed and nothing is queued, so there's no ticket to wait on.

Sign out everywhere

Hire30A keeps you signed in for 30 days on purpose, so you aren't re-verifying your email every visit. If a phone is lost, a shared computer was used, or you just want a clean slate, "Sign out everywhere" ends every one of those sessions at once, including the one you're using right now. You'll need to sign back in with a fresh code afterward, on every device, that's the point.

Cookies

The only cookies Hire30A sets are the ones that keep you signed in, nothing to opt into there. The one optional cookie is analytics, which helps us see how the site is used in aggregate. The banner that appears on your first visit lets you accept or decline it, and that choice is remembered, no repeat prompts, no dark patterns. Change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's site data for hire30a.com.

Deleting everything
