Deleting your business
For employers
Deleting a business is permanent, and it takes real data with it, so it's worth understanding exactly what goes before you do it.
What gets removed
- The business page and every job post.
- Every applicant against those jobs, and their full history: messages, interviews, offers, scorecards, and notes.
- Team access for anyone you had added.
- Any active subscription on the business is cancelled as part of the deletion, so it stops billing.
This can't be undone.
The gentler alternatives
Before deleting, consider whether one of these fits better:
- Pause it to hide it for a while with nothing lost.
- Hand it to a teammate so the business, its history, and its subscription move to them instead of disappearing.

Deleting a business happens when you switch account types or delete your account. In both places you see a counted summary of exactly what will be removed before you confirm.
