How to switch
From Settings you can switch your account from job seeker to hiring manager, or back, at any time. Your profile or business page stays exactly as you left it, so switching back later picks up right where you were.
What happens to a plan or trial when you switch
The two sides bill separately, so switching never double-charges you:
- On a free trial? Your remaining trial days come with you. If you're six days into a job-seeker trial and switch to hiring, your business starts its trial with those same days left, not a brand-new full one. Switching can't reset the clock, so an accidental switch never costs (or gifts) you trial time. See your free trial.
- On a paid plan? The unused time on the side you're leaving is handed back as account credit automatically, ready the moment you switch back or upgrade, rather than quietly billing for a plan you aren't using.
- Nothing is deleted. Your profile, business, jobs, applicants, and history all stay put on whichever side they belong to.
One guardrail
You can't apply to jobs at a business you administer. If you're both hiring and job hunting at the same time, keep those under separate accounts.
