Paying for a plan: how billing works

Billing on Hire30A is built to be boring in the best way, no surprises, no hunting for a cancel button.

How checkout works

When you choose a paid plan, checkout happens on a secure Stripe payment page. Stripe handles the card end to end, your card number never touches Hire30A's servers, and Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge. Everything the plan unlocks is available the moment payment goes through, no waiting on anyone.

Renewing and canceling

• Plans bill monthly or annually and renew automatically. Annual saves 20%, switch anytime from Billing.
• Canceling is one click. Open the Plans page and choose the Free plan. That stops future charges immediately, and you keep your paid features through the period you have already paid for. Your account, jobs, and history all stay put, the free tier just has lower limits.

One-time purchases

Featuring a job or adding an extra job slot works the same way: a quick Stripe checkout, a receipt in your inbox, and the feature is live when you land back on Hire30A. Any account credit on your balance is applied automatically before your card is touched.

If a renewal doesn't go through

See if a payment doesn't go through for exactly what happens, you get a grace window to fix it before anything changes.

Submit a ticket with the charge in question and we'll sort it out.
